Thank you for shopping at AX STORE. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1.2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be sealed ,unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
1.3. Please include the original receipt or proof of purchase with the return.
2.2. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

4.3. Customized PCs cannot be returned as all components will be opened for assembling purposes.

The terms of the warranty may vary depending on the policies set by the certified distributors of the product, whether they are located inside or outside of Kuwait. The warranty will be void if the product is found to be damaged or broken during the purchase period.
Warranty procedures differ based on agreements with distributors with in and outside of Kuwait:
For products that come from certified distributors in Kuwait, repairs and exchanges under warranty should be processed at the distributor’s certified repair centers. In these cases, AX Store is not responsible for delivering the products to the distributors for repair or exchange. Customers should coordinate with the respective certified distributors directly for warranty claims.
For products of which AX Store is the distributor and which come from outside of Kuwait, the following warranty procedures will apply:
If the product is out of stock, customers have the right to either exchange it for a different product of equal price value or wait until the original product becomes available again.
