Crucial DDR4 3200MHz modules fit motherboards with DDR4 slots only, as DDR4 and DDR5 are not interchangeable. Check your board's memory support and whether it takes desktop DIMMs or laptop SO-DIMMs; a platform rated below 3200MHz will run the memory at its own supported speed.
16GB covers most gaming today, while 32GB gives headroom for streaming, editing and heavy multitasking alongside your games. Use two matching modules so they run in dual channel, such as two 16GB modules for 32GB in total.
The P3 is an M.2 2280 NVMe SSD, so it needs an M.2 slot that supports PCIe NVMe drives, which most modern desktop and many laptop motherboards have. It also works in PCIe 4.0 slots at its own PCIe 3.0 speed, but M.2 slots that only support SATA will not run it.
