How do I set up my chair correctly?
Set the seat so your feet are flat and your knees are at about 90 degrees, keep your lower back against the lumbar support, and set the armrests level with the desk so your shoulders stay relaxed. The top of the monitor should sit at or slightly below eye level.
Which chair size do I need?

What desk size do I need?
