Terms & Conditions

Provide accurate information when creating an account, placing an order, or contacting us. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and notifying us of suspected unauthorised access. You must be authorised to use the payment method provided. Customers under 18 should use the website and place orders under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You must not use the website for fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorised access, or conduct that interferes with its operation or harms other users.

We aim to provide accurate descriptions, specifications, images, prices, and availability. Errors may occasionally occur, and colours may appear differently across screens. If we identify a material error affecting your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and, where appropriate, offer a correction or cancellation with a refund. We will not charge you a higher price without your agreement.

Prices are displayed in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD). Delivery charges and the final payable amount are shown at checkout before payment. The 5% direct payment discount applies only to eligible products and payment options identified on the website. Not all products qualify. Where a cart contains eligible and excluded items, the discount applies only to eligible items. The product page and checkout display the applicable pricing.

After placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgement. This confirms receipt of your order and does not by itself guarantee that every item can be supplied. We may need to decline or cancel an order because of stock unavailability, a material listing error, failed payment, or reasonable concerns about fraud or unauthorised payment. If we cannot fulfil a paid order, we will notify you and initiate the appropriate refund. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. We do not accept cash on delivery. Instalment services are provided by third parties, including Taly, Deema, and Tabby when available. Eligibility, approval, payment schedules, and provider charges are governed by the selected provider’s terms. AX Store remains responsible for fulfilling your order and handling product-related requests under our policies and applicable law. The instalment provider manages your instalment agreement and adjustments following an approved refund.

We deliver within Kuwait. Delivery fees, schedules, and Gaming PC preparation times are explained in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by order volume, address issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Provide accurate delivery details and remain reachable using the phone number on your order.

Standard orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Gaming PC orders enter preparation upon ordering, including opening and assembling components, and cannot be cancelled for a change of mind once placed. Returns, exchanges, refunds, and warranty requests are handled under our Returns & Refunds policy. Restrictions on change-of-mind returns do not remove applicable rights relating to faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products. Most products carry a one-year warranty, with the exact terms depending on the product and manufacturer or distributor.

AX Store’s branding and original website content may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission. Product trademarks and manufacturer content remain the property of their respective owners. Links to external websites are provided for convenience. Their services and privacy practices are governed by their own terms.

We take reasonable care to maintain the website but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. To the extent permitted by law, AX Store is not responsible for losses arising from misuse of products, unauthorised alterations, or circumstances outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excludes mandatory consumer remedies.

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version. Changes apply prospectively and do not remove rights attached to orders already accepted.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Disputes are subject to the competent Kuwaiti courts.
