XPG AT AX

DDR5 speed for modern builds.

The XPG Lancer Blade RGB, a 16GB DDR5 memory module rated at 6000MHz with CL36 latency and RGB lighting.

It needs a DDR5 motherboard, such as an Intel board marked DDR5 or any AMD AM5 board. Enable XMP or EXPO in the BIOS to run it at 6000MHz, and use two matching sticks in dual channel, such as 2 x 16GB for 32GB, for stronger gaming performance.

XPG FAQ

Before you buy.

Straight answers to the questions we hear most about XPG DDR5 memory.

Will XPG Lancer Blade DDR5 work in my PC?

The Lancer Blade is DDR5 memory, so it needs a DDR5 motherboard, such as an Intel board marked DDR5 or any AMD AM5 board. DDR5 and DDR4 are not interchangeable and will not fit each other's slots.

What do 6000MHz and CL36 mean?

6000MHz is the data rate and CL36 is the CAS latency, the delay in clock cycles before data is returned. Enable the memory profile (XMP or EXPO) in the BIOS to run at the rated speed, otherwise the kit runs at a lower default speed.

Should I use one memory stick or two?

Two matching sticks run in dual channel and perform noticeably better than a single stick, so a pair of 16GB modules for 32GB total is a common gaming choice. Install them in the slots your motherboard manual marks for two modules.
