Straight answers to the questions we hear most about choosing a gaming PC.
Which gaming PC should I choose for 1080p, 1440p or 4K?
For 1080p high-FPS gaming, builds with an RTX 5060 or RX 9060 XT are the right start. For 1440p, RTX 5070 and RX 9070 XT builds are the sweet spot, and RTX 5070 Ti builds push higher refresh rates or entry 4K. Match the PC to the monitor you play on.
Intel or AMD: which processor is better for gaming?
Both work well. AMD X3D processors like the Ryzen 7 9800X3D and 7800X3D lead in many games thanks to their extra cache. Intel Core Ultra and Core i7 chips are strong all-rounders for gaming plus streaming or editing.
Can I upgrade an AXPC later?
Yes. AXPC builds use standard parts, the same kind of graphics cards, memory, storage and power supplies sold individually on AX Store, so you can upgrade later. Check the power supply wattage before a big graphics card upgrade.
Is 8GB or 16GB of graphics memory enough?
8GB cards are fine for 1080p and esports titles. 16GB gives more headroom for newer games at high settings and at 1440p, so it is the safer choice if you plan to keep the PC for years.
What does the PC name tell me?
Every name follows the same order: graphics card, then processor, then case and colour, for example RTX 5070 Ti Gaming PC, Ryzen 7 9800X3D, TUF GT502 Horizon White. The spec table on each product page lists the memory, storage, motherboard and power supply.
