The LongTeng Woven Surface

The LongTeng family uses a fine woven textile contact surface. The surface forms the contact area for the mouse feet, with its feel depending on the mouse, skates and pressure used. Choose the pad around the preferred movement feel rather than assuming every textile pad behaves identically.

Natural Rubber Foam Support

The model family uses a natural rubber foam base beneath the woven contact layer. Place the pad on a clean, flat desk so the base is supported across its area. Keep loose debris clear of the underside and allow the pad to sit flat before checking the mouse route and working position.

Plan the Mouse Area

The listing is the Large Special Edition. Measure the intended desk area and match the supplied pad’s footprint to the keyboard and mouse position. Leave sufficient room for the movement range used at the chosen sensitivity, including the complete sweep of the mouse rather than only its resting position.

Match the Mouse Feet and Settings

The pad supplies the physical contact surface; the mouse feet, sensor and sensitivity settings remain part of the complete setup. Use appropriately fitted skates and check tracking on the pad after positioning it. A different glide feel does not automatically mean a different sensor resolution or an electronic performance change.

A Defined Place in the Desk Setup

Position the pad so the working edge and mouse area suit the normal seating position. The Special Edition supplies the LongTeng design variant for that setup. Keep the mouse cable or receiver arrangement suitable for the chosen mouse, with nearby objects clear of the main movement area.
