A Distinct Elements Surface

The Fire version uses hybrid cloth for the mouse working area. The hybrid design is intended to combine glide speed with control. Choose a surface around the mouse sensitivity and movement style used at the desk, with enough free room for the full range of motion.

Room for a Dedicated Mouse Area

The pad measures 430 ×380 mm across its working footprint. This gives the mouse its own area alongside the keyboard, rather than placing both items on an extended mat. Check the available desk space around monitor stands, speakers and other equipment before setting the pad in position.

A Three-Millimetre Profile

A 3 mm thickness places a modest layer between the mouse and the desk. The profile combines the working surface with the foam core and base underneath it. Position the pad on a flat surface so that its construction can sit evenly beneath the movement of the mouse.

A Premium Foam Core

The premium foam core forms the middle layer of the pad. Together with the top surface and underside, it creates a mouse mat that can be placed directly on the desk. Arrange the mouse area so that the pad has support across the full footprint without overhanging an edge.

A Non-Slip Rubber Base

The underside uses a non-slip rubber base to help keep the pad in position during regular movement. Start with a clean and level desk surface, then arrange the keyboard and accessories around the mat. Leave enough clearance so that surrounding equipment does not crowd the mouse area.
