Processing for a Mixed Workload

Intel Core i7-13620H handles the processing side of this configuration. The ten-core hybrid processor combines performance cores and efficiency cores for gaming and everyday application work. Keep the tools and applications needed for the session together, whether that means a game beside voice chat or a creative project with supporting reference windows. Performance depends on the workload and selected power settings.

Dedicated NVIDIA Laptop Graphics

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 Laptop GPU, 6 GB GDDR6 provides a separate graphics processor for supported games and GPU-accelerated applications. This configuration provides 6 GB GDDR6 graphics memory and up to 105 W graphics power with Dynamic Boost, depending on the workload and operating conditions. Choose graphics settings to suit the application and the screen, with the laptop connected and configured appropriately for the performance required by the task.

A Display Chosen for This Configuration

The built-in screen is 15.6-inch FHD 1920 × 1080, 144 Hz IPS-level. An IPS-level panel provides the Full HD workspace with a 144 Hz refresh rate. The resolution and refresh rate describe the panel itself; the frame rate achieved by a game will also depend on its settings and workload. Arrange the desktop or application view around the panel’s available space.

Memory and Solid-State Storage

16 GB DDR5 memory and 512 GB PCIe NVMe M.2 SSD solid-state storage provide the installed memory and file space for this configuration. Two DDR5 SO-DIMM positions support a maximum of 64 GB, while two PCIe Gen 4 M.2 positions include the installed storage. Keep capacity requirements in mind when organising applications, project files and game libraries. Any service or upgrade should follow the model’s hardware guidance.

Connections for a Working Setup

USB-A, USB-C with DisplayPort, HDMI 2.1, Gigabit Ethernet and a 3.5 mm combo jack support external equipment. These connections provide practical ways to arrange external equipment around the laptop. Check the required interface when choosing a display, drive, headset or other accessory, especially where display output, charging and data functions depend on the specific port.
