SAMSON AT AX
The Samson Q9U, a dynamic broadcast microphone with both XLR and USB outputs for streaming, podcasts and calls.
Start over USB straight into your computer, then move to XLR with an audio interface or mixer when your setup grows. As a dynamic mic it picks up mostly what is in front of it, which helps in untreated rooms. Speak close and pair it with a boom arm.

SAMSON FAQ
Straight answers to the questions we hear most about Samson microphones.
USB is the simplest start: plug the Q9U straight into your computer for streaming, podcasts and calls. XLR lets you connect it to an audio interface or mixer later, so the mic can grow with your setup without being replaced.
Yes. As a dynamic broadcast microphone, the Q9U picks up mostly what is directly in front of it, which helps reduce keyboard noise and room echo in untreated rooms. Speak close to the mic for the fullest sound.
A boom arm brings the mic close to your mouth and keeps it off the desk, and a pop filter or foam windscreen helps with plosives. If you use XLR, choose an interface with enough clean gain for a dynamic mic.
