A Cirrus Logic CS4398 DAC supports playback up to 24-bit/192kHz with a 120 dB signal-to-noise ratio. BlasterX Acoustic Engine Pro adds virtual 7.1 processing on Windows, while the physical headphone output remains stereo.
The Texas Instruments TPA6120A2 amplifier supports headphones up to 600 ohms. Its 2.2-ohm output impedance also accommodates sensitive earphones, with a front volume dial for quick changes.
Save three sound profiles and select them using the hardware button. Scout Mode emphasizes in-game sound cues, while separate microphone and headset sockets keep connections accessible.
PS4 connects over USB. Xbox One uses optical input and does not support voice communication through the G5. The rear USB device port supplies up to 100 mA for suitable peripherals.
Connect listening headphones to the appropriate front output and a compatible computer-style microphone to the recording input where required. A passive plug adapter cannot make an XLR broadcast microphone work as a powered headset microphone. Choose each cable around the actual analogue or digital connection.

Use direct stereo playback for an unprocessed listening path where the model supports it, or choose the available game processing for a different presentation. Virtual headphone surround, discrete speaker channels and optical encoding are separate functions, with their own software and platform requirements.

These are gaming DAC/sound-card products with the listed headset or 3.5 mm microphone connections. They do not replace an appropriate XLR microphone preamp or phantom-power interface.
No. Check the exact device, connection and software support. Console audio, microphone chat and computer processing can have different requirements.
Use the supported optical input workflow. Voice communication is not supported through the G5 Xbox One connection.
The listed BlasterX Acoustic Engine Pro virtual-surround workflow is on Windows. Physical headphone output remains stereo.
