Five Cable Types, Two of Each
The kit provides ten cables across five connection types: Fan Y cables, Motherboard Adaptor Y-Type cables, Y-Type 3P Signal cables, Lightbar Extension cables and Fan LED Extension cables. Choose the lead according to the connector and function of the devices being linked, rather than treating every adapter as interchangeable.
Fan Y Cables for PWM Sharing
The Fan Y cable lets compatible fans share a motherboard PWM fan-control connection. The supplied pair can be arranged for supported ST120 or Bora Digital fan connections according to the manufacturer’s guide. Set the motherboard header to PWM mode and keep the combined fan load within the appropriate header rating.
Motherboard ARGB Adapter Leads
The Motherboard Adaptor Y-Type cable provides the supported connection between compatible UNI FAN lighting and a motherboard addressable RGB interface. This offers an alternative to the documented UNI HUB lighting arrangement. Match the connector type, lighting voltage and header power capability with the connected devices before installation.
Signal and Lighting Extensions
The Y-Type 3P Signal, Lightbar Extension and Fan LED Extension leads serve different compatible lighting connections. The lighting-side cables are for the specified 5 V ARGB arrangements, while the Fan Y cable serves its separate 12 V fan role. These signal adapters and extensions do not convert a 12 V RGB output into 5 V ARGB.
Supported LIAN LI Device Families
The documented connections cover selected products including original Strimer and Strimer Plus, Galahad AIO lighting, ST120, Bora Digital and compatible LIAN LI light bars. Strimer Plus connections require their specified controller and SATA power arrangement. Follow the exact wiring guidance for the chosen devices and controller generation.

For the documented UNI HUB connection, each group supports up to 10 W and no more than 100 LEDs. Count the connected lighting load and use the required powered-controller arrangement where specified.
