The 90 cm nylon-braided cable provides the USB 2.0 connection to your computer. It is permanently attached to Neo. For a USB-A port, use a suitable USB-C-to-USB-A adapter, sold separately.

Am I limited to eight shortcuts on Stream Deck Neo?

No. There are eight physical LCD keys, but you can create additional pages, folders and profiles in Stream Deck software. The two Touch Points let you move between pages, so each layout can hold a different set of actions.

What can the Infobar display?

You can customize a clock, show page indicators, or combine both. With Stream Deck 7.6 or later and an Infobar-compatible plugin, the display can also show live information such as weather or computer performance statistics. Available information depends on the installed plugin.

Does it need software, and does it work on Windows and Mac?

Yes. Install the free Elgato Stream Deck application to configure and use your actions. The current setup requirements are Windows 11 or later, or macOS 13 or later. Individual plugins and connected services may have additional requirements.

Which USB port does it use, and is the cable detachable?

It uses a USB 2.0 or later Type-C connection. The 90 cm nylon-braided USB-C cable is permanently attached and cannot be detached. A computer with a USB-A port can use a suitable USB-C-to-USB-A adapter, which is not included.

Can I assign custom shortcuts to the two Touch Points?

The Touch Points are dedicated to page navigation. Assign your app commands, hotkeys and other actions to the eight LCD keys, then use the Touch Points to move between key layouts.

Can I adjust or remove the stand?

The integrated stand offers three positions for angled or flat placement. You can adjust it to suit your viewing angle, but the stand cannot be removed.

What is a Multi Action?

A Multi Action runs a sequence of configured commands from one key press. For example, you could open a work app and a useful website together. The commands you can combine depend on the installed actions, plugins and supported applications.

Can it control other Elgato devices?

Yes. Compatible Elgato hardware can be controlled through the relevant Stream Deck integrations, such as supported camera controls through Camera Hub and lighting controls through Control Center. Install the required software and plugins. Cameras, lights, microphones and other setup accessories are sold separately.
