With compatible recording software, 32-bit float recording over USB gives you more flexibility to adjust levels after recording. Use RØDE's dedicated ASIO driver on Windows. This feature does not apply to the analogue XLR output.

The cardioid HF6 condenser capsule combines low 4dBA self-noise with high sound-pressure handling. It suits vocals, voiceovers and instruments, while the included SM6 shock mount and pop filter help control bumps and plosives.

Shape your USB recording

Onboard APHEX processing provides tools such as compression, a noise gate and a high-pass filter at 48kHz. Use compatible RØDE software to configure the sound. For monitoring, connect headphones to your computer or interface; the microphone has no headphone socket.
