Simultaneous Audio Runtime
Two connections, one headset
Hear game audio from the USB-C dongle while music or calls arrive over Bluetooth. A Bluetooth phone call automatically moves the microphone away from game chat, so your conversation stays separate.
Adjust the sound from your phone
Use the Arctis Companion App to change your audio settings without leaving your game. On Windows PC, SteelSeries Sonar adds sound customisation and AI microphone noise reduction.
Sidetone control for PlayStation
The right-earcup dial adjusts microphone monitoring, so you can hear your voice at a comfortable level. PlayStation game/chat balance uses the console menu; this version does not have the PC model’s hardware ChatMix dial.
Ready for the next session
Get up to 54 hours over 2.4 GHz, 42 hours over Bluetooth, or 38 hours using both together. A 15-minute USB-C fast charge provides up to six hours of play. Actual runtime depends on use.
Gen 2 Battery Figures Belong to Their Modes
This Gen 2 model lists up to 54 hours over 2.4 GHz, 42 hours over Bluetooth and 38 hours with simultaneous audio. Choose the relevant reference for the session instead of combining runtime figures from different connection modes.
Check the Dial and Host Combination
The 7P version uses a sidetone control, while the PC version has a ChatMix control that requires Sonar for its PC operation. PlayStation uses the console menu for ChatMix, and Mac ChatMix is not supported by the stated arrangement.
Plan the Platform and Chat Connection
Choose the exact platform version and check whether its connection uses USB, a wireless receiver or an analogue headset socket.
