HDMI passthrough supports up to 2160p60 HDR10. Recording supports 1080p60 or 2160p30, so a 4K60 display signal does not mean 4K60 capture. Check the actual computer, software and selected input before the session, then make a short test recording with the intended source.
Connect game audio and video
