Choose the right package

MoveMic One includes one microphone; MoveMic Two includes two. Both work directly with compatible phones through Shure MOTIV apps. The Two Kit adds the MoveMic Receiver for cameras, computers and broader mobile app support. Check the Model selection before ordering: One is the single-speaker package, Two is the two-speaker package, and Two Kit includes the receiver. Receiver-dependent connections should be planned around that actual selection.

Understand direct-to-phone recording

Receiver-free use is recommended with Shure MOTIV Audio or MOTIV Video. For native camera apps and other third-party apps, use the MoveMic Receiver; it is included only with the Two Kit on this page. Direct connection uses the supported Shure apps. A camera, computer or a third-party phone application needs the receiver path; the receiver is a separate purchase with One or Two.

Make room for longer recording days

Microphones provide up to eight hours of runtime in normal-power use. The case supplies two additional full charges, bringing total microphone operating time to up to 24 hours. The receiver charges separately. These figures describe microphone operation in normal-power mode. Charging-case capacity and receiver runtime describe different parts of the system; keep the receiver charged separately when using the receiver-based workflow.

Control the sound and keep moving

MOTIV provides gain, EQ, compression, limiting and noise-reduction controls. IPX4-rated microphones resist splashes, and the small clothing clips keep placement discreet. Fit the windscreen for the recording conditions and clip each microphone where clothing is less likely to rub against it. Splash resistance supports practical mobile use, but it does not make the microphones suitable for immersion.

Add the Receiver for a Camera Workflow

The MoveMic Receiver provides USB-C, a 3.5 mm TRS camera output and a separate 3.5 mm monitoring output. It is included only with Two Kit on this page. A Lightning device needs the appropriate USB-C to Lightning cable, which is sold separately.

What is the difference between One, Two and Two Kit?

One includes one microphone and a charging case. Two includes two microphones and a charging case. Two Kit includes two microphones, their charging case and the MoveMic Receiver with the listed connection accessories.

Can I record without a receiver?

Receiver-free recording is supported with compatible phones through Shure MOTIV Audio or MOTIV Video. Camera, computer and third-party app workflows require the MoveMic Receiver.

Is the receiver included with every Model option?

The receiver is included only with Two Kit. It is not included with MoveMic One or MoveMic Two.

Does the receiver connect to Lightning devices?

Use the appropriate USB-C to Lightning cable, sold separately. Check the selected recording application and receiver connection before recording.

Does up to 24 hours mean one continuous battery charge?

Microphones provide up to 8 hours in normal-power mode. The charging case supplies two additional charges for up to 24 hours of total microphone use. The receiver charges separately.

Can I use headphones with the system?

The receiver has a 3.5 mm monitoring output and a stated minimum headphone load of 16 ohms. Headphone monitoring through the receiver requires the receiver-based setup.

Is this MoveMic 88+?

This listing is the original clip-on MoveMic One, MoveMic Two and Two Kit family. MoveMic 88+ is a separate product; its capsule and pickup-mode features do not apply to these options.
