Mini, Mid or Full Tower: which case size do I need?
Match the case to your motherboard. Mid Towers like the Lian Li O11 Dynamic and HYTE Y60 fit ATX boards and most builds. Full Towers like the O11 Dynamic EVO XL and ASUS Hyperion GR701 add room for E-ATX boards, large radiators and more storage. Mini Towers suit compact Micro-ATX builds.
Showcase glass case or airflow case?
Glass showcase cases like the Lian Li O11 Dynamic range and the HYTE Y60 show off the build from the front and side. Airflow cases with mesh fronts move more air with less noise. Glass cases need good fans to stay cool.
Will my graphics card and cooler fit?
Check the case's maximum graphics card length, CPU cooler height and radiator support against your parts before buying. Vertical GPU mounting kits, like the one for the Lian Li O11D Mini, only fit cases they are made for.
Do cases come with fans?
Some do, like the HYTE Y60 with three fans included. Many showcase cases come without fans so you can choose your own; check the product page and add fans if needed.
What is a dual-chamber case?
A dual-chamber case puts the power supply and cables behind the motherboard tray in a separate chamber. It keeps the main window clean and leaves more room for fans and radiators.
