The Front Panel for This Version
This original 4000D uses a solid steel front panel with wide ventilation channels around it; it is the standard solid-front version. A tempered-glass side panel reveals the installed motherboard, graphics card and cooling hardware.
Supplied AirGuide Cooling Fans
The supplied arrangement is two 120 mm AirGuide fans, one at the front and one at the rear. These non-RGB fans provide the initial intake and exhaust arrangement, with anti-vortex vanes directing their airflow. Choose any additional fans around the available mounting positions and the desired airflow route.
RapidRoute Cable Management
The RapidRoute system guides the main cable runs through a dedicated channel behind the motherboard. Straps and the cable bar help organise larger power leads beside smaller front-panel and storage cables. Arrange the cable groups so the rear panel closes without compressing the plugs, with access retained to the drive and PSU connections.
Radiator Fit Depends on the Memory
The front supports a 360 mm or 280 mm radiator. The top supports a 240 mm radiator, while a 280 mm top installation requires compatible low-profile memory clearance as specified by the original guide. Check the complete radiator-and-fan thickness around the memory and motherboard components before choosing the cooling hardware.
Core Hardware Clearance
The case supports E-ATX boards up to 305 × 277 mm, alongside ATX, Micro-ATX and Mini-ITX. GPU length clearance is 360 mm, CPU-cooler height clearance is 170 mm and PSU length clearance is 220 mm. Account for the installed cooling assembly and graphics power connection when comparing the complete components.
