A Mesh Alternative to the Front Glass
The fine aluminium mesh panel replaces the front glass panel on the O11D EVO XL, creating an additional front air-intake path. Choose this panel arrangement when planning airflow through the case, with the rest of the intake and exhaust positions arranged around the hardware and cooling components used by the build.
Adjustable Front Fan Brackets
The kit includes steel mounting brackets for up to three 120 mm fans, three 140 mm fans or two 160 mm fans. Select one compatible front fan arrangement and check its physical clearance. The brackets provide the mounting positions for the separately selected fans rather than defining the complete cooling layout by themselves.
Aluminium Panel with Steel Support
The mesh panel uses aluminium, with steel used for the fan mounting brackets. The panel-and-bracket arrangement measures 494.5 × 232.2 × 14 mm. Leave additional space for the chosen fans, their plugs and cable routes when comparing the kit with the rest of the internal case hardware.
Plan around an Upright GPU
With a compatible O11D EVO XL upright GPU arrangement, the mesh panel can provide a front intake route toward the installed hardware. The manufacturer lists 25 mm-thick 140 mm and 160 mm fans for the specified upright-GPU orientations. Check the exact GPU kit, orientation and fan thickness together.
Check Large Radiator Clearances
When a 420 mm radiator is installed at the top or bottom, the manufacturer limits front fan thickness to 25 mm. Account for this requirement before choosing the front fans and radiator arrangement. Also leave room for tubing, fittings and power connections around the assembled cooling hardware.
